Yes you do, if:

• Visit www.firstcitygroup.com and click the MyHome™ link to take you to the MyHome™ Page.
• Click on “How do I apply” and follow the link.
• Complete the form with some simple information. If you qualify for a MyHome™ loan, you will then pass through to the full application form.
• If for some reason you do not initially qualify for a MyHome loan, you can call a MyHome™ Consultant on 01-7646409. Alternatively, if you leave your details we will contact you within 24 hours – we may still be able to help you.
• If you cannot complete the application form in one go, you can securely save it and return to it later.
• Once you have completed the application form you will need to print out a copy. Take it to your nearest participating branch together with the documents required in support of your application.

Once you have been pre-approved you will need to submit the following information to successfully complete your application:

1.1. Application
      1.1.1.    A completed and executed FCMB Home Loans mortgage application form
      1.1.2.    Current account opened at FCMB branch (if not already opened)

1.2 Identity
     1.2.1    International Passport OR Driver’s Licence OR National Identity Card.
     1.2.2    Staff Identity Card.
     1.2.3    2 (two) passport photographs.

1.3 Income verification
     Employed status
     1.3.1    Letter of Employment OR Employee Status Enquiry Form endorsed by Current Employer
     1.3.2    Latest 3 months payslips.
     Self employed status
     1.3.3    2 years certified audited accounts, to include profit & loss statement and balance sheet, and also revenue history for past 2 years.
     1.3.4    Copies of business registration documentation (if applicable).
     Employed and self employed status
     1.3.5    Evidence of any additional income from sources other than main employment (if applicable).

1.4 Credit History
     1.4.1    Statement of Bank Account for the last 6 months.
     1.4.2    Paid Utility Bills (Electricity, Water or Telephone) for the past 3 months.
     1.4.3    Rent Receipt for the current year (if applicable).
     1.4.4    Business premises rent receipt for the current year (self employed only).
     1.4.5    Last 2 years business tax returns (self employed only)

1.5 Documents relating to security
     1.5.1    Copy of title documents of the proposed property.
     1.5.2    Copy of approved building plan and any accompanying documents of title
     1.5.3    Letter of authorization to conduct searches from current title holder.
     1.5.4    Passport photograph of the title holder with his/her/their name(s), signature(s) and phone numbers endorsed on the reverse side
     1.5.5    Copy of business registration documents (for corporate vendors only).
     1.5.6    Vendor’s letter of acceptance of purchase price or Contract of Sale executed by the Vendor and the borrower (with banker’s confirmation of vendor’s signature).
     1.5.7    Authority to debit account for non refundable facility fee
