Ladi is the Managing Director/CEO of First City Monument Bank Plc. He began his banking career with Morgan Grenfell, one of the most prestigious investment banks in the United Kingdom from where he joined Citibank, New York. He sits on the boards of First City Asset Management Limited, City Securities Limited, CSL Stockbrokers Limited, Primrose Properties Limited and Interswitch Nigeria Limited, Nigeria’s first national payment switch. He is also a member of the advisory committee of SME Managers, Nigeria’s leading SME Venture Capital Fund Manager and Ogun State Development Trust Fund Committee. He is the chairman board of trustees of Otunba Tunwase Foundation. Ladi holds a Bachelors Degree in Economics from East Anglia University in the United Kingdom and an MBA from the prestigious Harvard Business School in Boston, USA.

Francis Wood is the CEO of FCMB Capital Markets, the investment banking group of FCMB Plc. He began his career as a project manager and architect before joining the IFC as a consultant in 1991.He has extensive investment banking experience working various leading institutions such as Merrill Lynch, Lehman Brothers and Credit Suisse Securities. where he was Strategy Advisor to CEO, EMEA region, Africa
He also co-founded Odyssey Security, an FSA authorized corporate finance firm that completed US$6 billion public and private equity fundraising in GCC, Europe and US capital markets, including $4bn debt raised from institutional and private investors.
Francis is an alumnus of McGill University, USA (B.Arch.) and the London Business School (MBA). He has completed the NASD Series 7 & 63 (US) and is a registered representative of the FSA in the UK.

Anurag holds a BE from the Regional Institute of Technology, India, an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. He is also a member of IIAC, ICMQ and FCIM He has over 17 years exeprience in all aspects of banking including sales, distribution, marketing, product development, strategy, IT and operations. He has worked with Barclays Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, Mashreq Bank (largest and leading Private Bank in UAE) and Citigroup He was Director, Strategic Initiatives and Innovation, Africa, Middle East and Indian Ocean, Head, Customer Solutions, Africa and Indian Ocean, in Barclays Bank; Head of Sales, Marketing and Quality, Africa and Gulf Region, Vice-president, Head of Sales and Marketing, Philippines, Head of Marketing, Taiwan, Head of Marketing, Middle East and South Asia, in Standard Chartered Bank He was also Assistant Vice President, Investment and Liability Products, Mashreq Bank; Territory Operations Manager, Middle East and Europe – NRI Business, Citigroup

Henry is an Executive Director, responsible for the Commercial Banking Division of the bank. He has over 19 years banking experience in various areas including commercial & retail banking, corporate banking, operations and internal control. At various times, he has worked for established banks such as Zenith bank, Diamond Bank, UBA and Afribank. He joined FCMB from Afribank, where he was responsible for developing the retail banking business across a network of over 150 branches. His recognized strengths are in business process re-engineering, enterprise management and integration of business processes with technology at product and responsibility accounting level. Henry holds a Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering from University of Lagos and an MBA from University of Navarra (I.E.S.E.), Barcelona, Spain.

Benos is a Vice-President, responsible for the Business Development and External Communications Group of the bank. His has an extensive knowledge of the banking industry in areas including operations, retail, corporate and consumer banking. He commenced his banking career with Citibank Nigeria (Now Nigerian International Bank) and has worked with Citizens International Bank, Broad Bank and Union Bank, where he was responsible for the development of the consumer banking group. Benos has a Bachelors degree in Engineering and an MBA both from University of Lagos.

Olajumoke is the Company Secretary, Group Legal Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of the bank. After graduating with a second class upper grade at the Nigerian Law School in 1984, she joined the law firm of Adedeji & Co, and later worked with the Nigerian Law School as a lecturer. In 1989, she joined the legal department of FCMB. Jumoke holds a Bachelors Degree in law from University of Ife (Now Obafemi Awolowo University) and a Masters Degree in law from University of Lagos.

Adebowale is a Vice-President, responsible for the Risk Management Group of the bank. He joined FCMB in 1989 as a management trainee. He has garnered invaluable experience in various areas of banking including operations, marketing, treasury and credit risk management. Before his current appointment, he was at various times in charge of the bank’s Operation and Support Group and also the bank’s treasurer. Debo holds a Bachelors Degree in Political Science and an MBA both from University of Lagos. He is also an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).

Adam is a Vice-President, responsible for the Enterprise Management Group of the bank. He has garnered enviable experience in various areas of banking including treasury, corporate finance, consumer banking and commercial banking. He began his career with the Nigerian Agricultural & Cooperative Bank. He also worked with Oceanic Bank and FSB International Bank (Now Fidelity Bank), where he was responsible for the Human Resources Management Group. Adam holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and is also a Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM).

Olusiji is a Vice-President, responsible for the Operations Control and Compliance Group of the bank. He is experienced in various areas of banking including financial control and operations. He began his career with Coopers and Lybrand (Now PriceWaterHouse Coopers), where he was involved in various audit, tax and business advisory projects. He joined the Financial Control Group of Citibank, Nigeria from where he joined FCMB as Deputy Financial Controller. Siji holds a Bachelors Degree in Economics from University of Wolverhampton. He is also an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN)..

Yemisi is a Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer of the bank. She began her career as an auditor with Akintola Williams & Company (A member firm of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu - DTT) and rose to the position of a Senior Manager before joining FCMB Plc.
Yemisi is an alumnus of the University of Ife (B.Sc. Chemistry). She is an Associate Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). She is also a member of Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA) and a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).
 

Nath is a Vice-President, responsible for the Operations Group of the bank. He has gathered extensive experience in operations in various African countries. He has worked with Citibank SA where he was in charge of Cash Management and Operations, and Standard Chartered Bank (South Africa) where he was in charge of Technology and Operations. Nath is an alumnus of University of Nsukka (B.Sc. Finance) and Bayero University, Kano (MBA). .

Ayoleke is the Vice President, Project and Structured Finance Group,he has a B.Sc (Hons.) from the University of Ibadan and M.Sc. (Distinctions) in Corporate and International Finance from the University of Durham, UK. Ayoleke is also a CFA Charterholder Ayoleke has over 13 years experience in financial advisory/investment banking. He started his career with Arthur Andersen as an Assurance Analyst/Consultant. He then joined the corporate finance department of First City Merchant Bank Limited (FCMB) He was Head of the Investment Banking/Project Finance team at Lead Bank Plc, and Group Head of the Corporate Finance/Multinationals Corporate Banking at Access Bank Plc He is an alumnus of the Lagos  Business  School, Member of the CFA Institute, Member of the prestigious UK Society of Investment Professionals (UKSIP), and Member of the New York Society of Security Analysts He has led various teams that have successfully raised over N170billion in the Nigerian market.

Bukola is a Vice-President responsible for the Treasury and Institutional Banking Division of the bank. She has over 14 years experience in various areas of banking including operations, private banking and treasury management. She began his career with Union Bank before joining FSB International Bank where she was responsible for the Treasury and Institutional Banking Division of the bank. Before joining FCMB Plc, she was Divisional Head, Treasury and Institutional Banking Division at Fidelity Bank Plc. Bukola is an alumnus of the University of Lagos (B.Sc. Economics) and a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN)
