We have on offer, a range of opportunities including in-house, in-plant, external and of-shore courses and workshops. We also offer job rotations, internship programs and exchange programs as part of our training and development strategy.
Performance Management:
We promote a Performance Management System (PMS) that is free, fair, objective and in line with international standards and practice.
Our performance management system is used to reinforce career progression in the bank by rewarding performance through promotion. It also assists in the effective development of individual strengths and management of talents within the system (talent management) by identifying, nurturing and developing the potentials in our employees.
