Mr. Babatunde Macaulay
Divisional Head, Transaction Services

Babatunde Macaulay is currently the Divisional Head, Transaction Services of First City Monument Bank Plc. He has about 13 years experience in the Banking Industry prior to which he had 2 years in the Manufacturing sector. He started his Banking Career with the then MBC International Bank (now First Bank of Nigeria) and has Banking experience that spans across Operations, Cash Management, Commercial Banking, Transaction Banking and Human Resources.

He joined FCMB in November 2007 as Group Head of Transaction Banking and is currently Divisional Head, Human Resources & Change Management with responsibility for Group Human Resources and Project & Change Management. He is also the Executive sponsor for Change programme aimed at Transforming HR practices, culture and achieving the Organization’s Vision of making FCMB a “Best place to work”. Babatunde holds a Bachelors Degree in Industrial Chemistry and is almost concluding an Executive MSc programme in International Human Resource Management at Cranfield University UK.
